Lad and his dad went out shopping this afternoon.
Lad seemed to be on the mend, judging by the enthusiasm with which he greeted the prospect of leaving the house. Even for shopping.
However, on their return he promptly fell asleep on the sofa.
So unlike him. So not all better yet.
As for me, I still feel rotten.
All I have felt up to is a little light interweb browsing.
Looking at nice things is about all I can cope with today.

Thanks, yes, I’d have felt worse if it’d been lovely weather we were missing. But I do feel sorry at missing out on the chance to do nice things together over half term.
