I love it when someone looks at the stuff we are surrounded by every day and sees things differently.
Holly Levell has done just that and transformed supermarket staples into these amazing soft sculptures.
They melted my heart.
So clever! So detailed!
You can buy Holly’s work in her Etsy shop and read more about her work on her blog.
She will also be exhibiting at the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair, which looks like a brilliant event, should you be down Manchester way in October.

These are so much fun!
Now that is patience!! How fab!
And of course they are are all low calorie! These reminded me of my felted doughnut project that I did at Wolverhampton Art Gallery http://allsensesart.blogspot.co.uk/2010/02/wow-felted-donuts-coffee-cups-saucers.html
It was lovely to meet you today too- Wirksworth Festival in St Mary’s chatting about my big http://www.frillipmoolog.co.uk beings
Thanks Kirsty! It was lovely to meet you too! Your sculptures were certainly one of the highlights of my visit to Wirksworth – I have pictured one in today’s blog post. I will be looking out for more frillip moolog amazingness in future!
