How absolutely folk-tastic is this?!
It’s a beautiful paper napkin, printed with a traditional design from Poland.
I found it on Polish website folkstar.pl (thank heavens for Google Translate!) which is packed solid with deliciously funky, folky fabulousness.
Just imagine those napkins on a white linen tablecloth, with white crockery and a big jug of flowers in the centre of the table…. mmmmmm……
Here are some more of their gorgeous things.

I have been sent over by linen cloud and vintage sheet addict! What a lovely blog you have here, Hornsea and Ercol are two of my favourite things too, nice to meet you!
PLEASE, stop it! You keep showing me all these lovely things! I already buy too many things as it is, they are rather nice though! Ada
Oh my God, trip down memory lane! My parents have tons of these as did my grandparents. We’re Polish. Does that explain it all? This is one of the reasons I am so drawn to these designs and as well as Nordic/Swedish/Scandinavian decor. They all this bird meets easter egg etching bright coloured patterns on various home decor items.
These are so lovely. I have a blouse with similar embroidery that I picked up at a charity shop over ten years ago, I still love it!
Hi Sharon, I’ve tagged you hope you don’t mind! Pop over to mine to find out more! Ada
