Today’s cushion is one for the romantics amongst you.
As well as that central panel of 1970s patterned cuteness with its traditionally romantic theme of hearts and flowers, the border is made from a romantically-antique 1930s red and white printed cotton.
That fabric, according to the lady at the vintage fair who sold it to me, was rescued from a defunct theatrical outfitters.
So it has a romantic back story too!
